Baby Blanket Recall Notice
Close to 75,000 Lil’ Snugglers blankets are being recalled due to the fact that they pose a possible choking hazard. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission are stating that the satin edge on the Lil’ Snugglers baby blanket can come loose, causing a baby to possibly choke. While no babies have been hurt or choked by the problem, parents are still encouraged to remove these blankets from their children immediately.
The blankets are 14 square inches and all have an animal head sewn in the center of the blanket. There are several styles of the blanket that were included in the recall. The blankets were sold between April 2006 and December 2007. For more information on the recall, go to www.cpsc.gov.
